How long does it take for a sample to be made?
An initial sample usually takes about 3-4 weeks to be made.
Once my sample is complete, how long will it take to produce and deliver my order?
Typically for production and delivery to you, it takes about 90-100 days.
What about safety and testing?
We design all products to meet or exceed all required safety and testing regulations.
Can I add my own hangtag and branding to my item?
Yes! All tagging is included with our service. This is a great way to make your custom item even more personal and unique!
Does Jaag work with Non-disclosure agreements (NDA’s) to protect my product or idea?
Absolutely! We work with non-disclosure agreements quite often. If you do not have one, we can provide one for you.
What kind of minimum quantities do I have to order for a custom product?
Typically, our standard MOQ is between 600-1,200pcs per design. Every project is different, so the minimum quantities can differ from item to item. No matter what quantity you have in mind, we always encourage anyone interested in producing a custom plush toy to contact us about their project!
